| On December 10, 2004, the San Francisco County Superior Court approved the notice of settlement in Eliezer Williams, et al. v. State of California, et al. The court ordered that the California Department of Education make available information regarding the provisions of the settlement and the process by which students on whose behalf the lawsuit was filed may file objections to the settlement. In keeping with the court’s order, four documents are posted and available for downloading on CDE’s Web site, http://www.cde.ca.gov/eo/ce/wc/index.asp.
